She started her professional life as a trader in spices, supplying food manufacturers.  She then became a European category manager, which involved her managing (amongst other products) contracts with breweries across Europe.

Claire joined Ditton in March 2018 out of a desire to balance her working life with her role as a mother following the birth of her first child; she works part-time as a bookkeeper for the company.

Claire is mum to 2 young children, and loves to travel and entertain in her spare time.
