The oldest blended whisky in Suntory's history, blended from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita whiskies each matured for more than forty years.
Suntory released 400 bottles in October 2024 at US$35,000 — in their words, "in selected markets, at selected retailers". A further 100 went on sale in Japan alone in May 2025, by lottery, at ¥4,000,000.

Hibiki was created in 1989 to mark Suntory's ninetieth year, and its name means resonance. It is a blend rather than the product of a single distillery, and that is the point of it: malt from Yamazaki and Hakushu and grain from Chita, three distilleries of its own.
