He passed WSET diploma in 1994 and has travelled and tasted widely. In his role as Operations manager David oversees the in and outbound movements of stock internationally, ensuring the right wines and spirits arrive where and when they should. He also looks after private client reserves. When not in the office David enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, restaurants and holidays.
