Château Monbousquet is known for its well-crafted blends, consisting typically of 70% Merlot and an equal mix of Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ageing in barrels, with a combination of new and second-fill barrels used for the ageing process.
