Product Description
The 2005 vintage of Clos des Goisses is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. To enhance complexity without premature oxidation, 50% of the wine was partially vinified in wooden barrels. The wine was then aged for 8 to 10 years at a constant temperature of 12°C in the House’s historic cellars in Mareuil-sur-Ay. This Champagne is very elegant with a touch of minerality and a lasting aromatic persistence.
