Chateau Cantemerle’s blend for the 2021 vintage consists of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. The wine is aged for a year in barrels, using a combination of 40% new, 40% one-year-old, and 20% two-year-old barrels, followed by an additional four months of vat aging.
