The 2021 vintage of Cos d’Estournel boasts a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot, achieving optimal ripeness with a modest yield reduced to just 10%. This Grand vin is matured for 18 months in new oak barrels.
