Product Description
Echo de Lynch Bages 2021 was carefully crafted using a blend of 56% Merlot and 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, with a moderate alcohol content of 13.1%. The wine is aged in 11% new oak barrels and is medium to full-bodied with great balance. The optimum drinking window is between 2024-2038, providing an opportunity to savour its evolving flavours over the years.

The 2021 Echo de Lynch-Bages has a clean and pure bouquet, blackberry and bilberry fruit, a subtle marine/estuarine influence in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins on the entry, moderate weight and depth, gentle grip with a touch of graphite on the finish. It needs to knit together during barrel maturation, and I have little doubt that it will. 13.1% alcohol.

Offering up aromas of minty cassis and blackberries mingled with loamy soil, the 2021 Echo de Lynch-Bages is a medium to full-bodied, lively and charming wine that’s nicely balanced, but not especially deep or penetrating.
