Chateau Pontet-Canet’s 2021 vintage is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, and 4% Cabernet Franc. Despite a yield that was 15% lower than expected, the wine’s quality has not been compromised. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic, highlighting their dedication to sustainable farming practices.
