The Balvenie Caribbean Cask, aged for 14 years, started its ageing process in traditional oak casks before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
Tasting Notes
The palate is rich with dried apricot, sweet vanilla notes, honey and Sherry. The typical Balvenie light peat profile is very obvious throughout.
